These juicy steaks are tender and full flavoured. These are quick and easy to panfry and finish in the oven.

Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Brown well in a hot frying pan then place the pan in a preheated 220°C oven for 10 – 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve with chunky apple puree that has been mixed with a little wholegrain mustard and chopped parsley.
