If you are not happy with any product you receive from Alliance Group Ltd, please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs). Unfortunately, seven days after the dispatch of your product we are unable to replace or credit the goods. Cancellation Policy

Please note Alliance Group Ltd is not obliged by New Zealand Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please choose carefully.

However, if you do, please contact us as soon as possible on 027 260 7841 and providing we can intercept the goods before they are dispatched with the courier, we will happily exchange the products ordered for other Alliance Group Ltd goods or a credit note.
