Delivery & Pick Up Information
About Our Delivery Service- Alliance Group partners with New Zealand Couriers to deliver all online orders. They are shipped from our processing partner Preston Foods in Wellington.
- The shipping fee includes handling, packaging, and courier fee. Shipping fees increase with weight. Note the packaging material is included in this weight.
- All chilled products are vacuum packed to seal in freshness. Frozen product remains in its tray or bag. Products are packed with fully recyclable insulation into a cardboard carton, ensuring they remain chilled throughout transit and arrive in perfect condition.
- Delivery days are Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
- If you can't be home to receive delivery, have it sent to your workplace or provide instructions for a safe place for the courier to leave the parcel. All orders are sent with an ‘authority to leave’ unless otherwise stated.
- Rural deliveries are unavailable. However, you can have your parcel delivered to a NZ Courier Depot / Agent for collection.
- Delivery to your door is only available in urban centers.
- Due to the nature of fresh meat products, availability may delay orders up to 7 days. The butcher shop will contact you if necessary.
- If you live in a locked gate community or have a dog, we can't deliver to your door. Please select your nearest NZ Courier Depot.

About Our Click & Collect Service:
We currently do not offer a click and collect service.

If you're not happy with any product, contact us and we'll address your concerns, possibly with a replacement or credit (excluding freight costs).
