Made with 100% New Zealand premium beef, this beef mince can be made into small patties with Chinese flavours and barbecued.

For 500g mince add 2 tablespoons each of finely chopped and garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and a thinly sliced spring onion. Mix well with clean hands and form into 12 small patties. Brush each with vegetable oil and barbecue 4-5 minutes on each side.

Remove from the barbecue and serve with a mix of halved cherry tomatoes, well moistened with plenty of sweet chilli sauce and a big squeeze of lime juice all mixed with coriander and basil leaves.
