Pure South Tomahawk Steaks are dining theatre. Two large ribeyes still on the bone providing generous portions for the discerning meat eater.

This is the beef equivalent to a lamb rack but obviously much bigger. It is a premium, tender and well-flavoured cut. It is well-marbled with fat which makes it succulent when cooked.
